Here is a listing of current mobile processors.  Most can be found in some device, others are just there and not being used.  If there is one I don't have that you want to see here, email dave@davespda.com.

Au1100
A 32-bit Achlemy/AMD Processor. Comes in speeds of 333MHz, 400MHz, and 500MHz. Supports 10/100 Ethernet, USB Client/Host, IrDA, AC'97, SD, LCD, and PCMCIA.

Intel: StrongARM

SA-1110 (Used in Pocket PC and PPC 2002 Devices)
A 32-bit Intel StrongARM RISC processor. Comes in two speeds, 206MHz and 133MHz. Supports DRAM, SDRAM, SMROM, multiple serial communication channels, color/gray LCD, PCMCIA (up to two sockets), and general-purpose I/O ports.

SA-1000
A 32-bit Intel StrongARM RISC processor. Comes in two speeds, 133MHz and 190MHz. Supports system support logic, multiple serial communication channels, color/gray LCD, PCMCIA (up to two sockets), and general-purpose I/O ports.

SA-110
A 32-bit Intel StrongARM RISC processor. Comes in five speeds from 100MHz, 160MHz, 166MHz, 200MHz, and 233Mhz. Provides PCI connectivity.

Intel: XScale

PXA250 (Used in New PPC 2002 Devices)
A 32-bit Intel XScale Processor. Comes in speeds of 200MHz, 300MHz, and 400MHz. Uses .18-micron production semiconductor process technology.  Supports MMC/SD, CF, PCMCIA, USB, 1.84MHz cellular based interface, and 920kbs Bluetooth interface.

PXA210
A 32-bit Intel XScale Processor. Comes in speeds of 200MHz, 300MHz, and 400MHz. Uses .18-micron production semiconductor process technology.  Supports MMC/SD, CF, PCMCIA, USB, 1.84MHz cellular based interface, and 920kbs Bluetooth interface.


MIPS

NEC VR4122 (Used in Casio EM-500)
A 64-bit NEC MIPS based processor with .18 micron technology. Comes in two speeds, 150MHz and 180MHz. Has an ultra low-power system controller, integrated RAM/ROM I/F, serial I/Fs, and PCI Bus.
270mW @ 1.8V

NEC VR4181 (Used in Symbol and Agenda Devices)
A 64-bit NEC MIPS based processor with .25 micron technology. Runs at 66MHz. Lower end, low cost processor.
250 mW @2.5 V/66 MHz

NEC VR4121 (used in Casio and Compaq Aero Device)
A 64-bit NEC MIPS based processor with .25 micron technology. Comes in two speeds, 131MHz and 168MHz. Low-power processor, with fully integrated RAM/ROM I/F, touch panel, and peripheral bus.

NEC VR4111 (Used in Casio Devices)
A 64-bit NEC MIPS based processor with .25 micron technology. Comes in two speeds, 70MHz and 90MHz. Low-power processor, with fully integrated RAM/ROM I/F, touch panel, and peripheral bus.

NEC VR4131
A 64-bit NEC MIPS based processor with .25 micron technology. Runs at a speed of 200MHz. This processor has not been released yet.


Motorola: Dragonball

MC68328 Dragonball (Used in Palm OS Devices)
A 32-bit Motorola 68x based processor. Runs at 16.67MHz. Only supports a grayscale LCD.
3.0V-3.6V, 4.5V-5.5V

MC68EZ328 Dragonball EZ (Used in Palm OS Devices)
A 32-bit Motorola 68x based processor. Runs at 16.58MHz. Only supports a grayscale LCD.
3.0V-3.6V

MC68VZ328 Dragonball VZ (Used in Palm OS Devices)
A 32-bit Motorola 68x based processor. Runs at 33.16MHz. Supports a grayscale LCD or color LCD (low number of colors).
2.7V-3.3V

MC68SZ328 Dragonball Super VZ (Used in Palm OS Devices)
A 32-bit Motorola 68x based processor. Runs at 66.32MHz. Supports a grayscale LCD or a TFT color LCD (up to 16-bit color).  Comes with MMC/SD controller, memory stick controller, and USB controller.

MC68SZ328 Dragonball
A 32-bit ARM based processor. Runs at up to 200MHz. Supports a grayscale LCD or  color LCD.  Comes with MMC/SD controller, memory stick controller, USB controller, and Bluetooth accelerator.


OMAP1510
A 32-bit Texas Instruments Processor. Dual core architecture optimized for efficient operating system and multimedia code execution.  Runs at up to 175MHz. Supports MMC/SD, QVGA LCD, USB Client/Host, Bluetooth, enhanced audio codec, and uwire.
